Being in BJJ requires you to really control your own body weight. I also teach a Conditioning class for grapplers and the Body Weight programs really allow us dial in our Conditioning. Thank you AMRP

Good but not as good
Have many of the AMRAP programs and this one looks a little rushed. Still solid and very usable. As with all the programs will suffers from a lack of a glossary for all the termilogy - please AMRAP create a PDF will all the acronyms your use...

The workouts are good, but there are quite a few typos and formatting problems with the whole thing suggesting it was thrown together pretty hastily.

100+ Bodyweight Workouts
There are a lot of great options to choose from. Only drawback is if pairing it with any endurance workouts from AMRAP Plus One. Some of them don't work well with each other especially if it's a running endurance workout. But overall still great workouts and don't take up too much space to do and kick your butt
