Great programmes from these Guys. Iβve used the warm up routines, Open Prep and now smashing the 12 week Strength and Conditioning. Iβm 47 years old and need a bit more recovery, Iβm able to split some of the sessions over 2 days when occasionally needed. Canβt recommend these programmes enough.
